FREE TRIAL “Face to Face” group fitness class for over 50s. It’s all about building and keeping strength, flexibility, co-ordination, stability and balance. And an efficient cardio-respiratory system of course.
Go4Life is suitable for all fitness levels, from ‘hardly done any exercise for years’ to ‘very fit’. For every exercise there are variations to suit different levels. For example, a beginner might do an exercise with no additional weight (just body weight), and those who are fitter can use hand-held weights.
