Werribee Gorge Circuit, Grade 3
February 21 @ 9:00 am - 3:00 pmFree – A$20
Location: Werribee Gorge Circuit
Werribee Gorge Circuit Walk is located near Bacchus March. It Features the Werribee River and has a moderate (Grade 3) rating. However a reasonable level of fitness IS REQUIRED. Should you have any doubt about your capability or need to chat prior to your registration PLEASE SPEAK WITH GRAHAM.
The Wadawurrung and Wurundjeri Peoples are the Traditional Owners of the region where the Werribee Gorge is nestled. This circuit is a beautiful route along the Werribee River and is well-signed. There are a few technical areas requiring some scrambling and possibly cables, but they’re not that difficult to manoeuvre. The area is generally heavily trafficked especially on weekends (so we’ll get there early) given its proximity to Melbourne, only one hour north-west.
This is a fully guided walk, and most importantly a fantastic social day out with great company, leaving you revitalised for the week ahead.
At Renewed After 50 we are passionate about taking you off the beaten track, creating positive experiences and memories that will last a lifetime. We are committed to ensuring that our day trips and weekends are well researched, affordable and tailored for the enjoyment of our over 50’s groups. We aim to give you the very best of what nature and the outdoors has to offer, leaving you with a smile from ear to ear and a sense of accomplishment.
