As you may have guessed, we’re not only “Baby Boomer” practitioners we’re “Baby Boomers”ourselves, so we have a clear understanding of the challenges and benefits of living a healthy lifestyle during the second half of life.

To begin with we have a look at where you are now and where you want to be in the future. We’ll tailor your program to meet your goals, not ours. Every client is unique; we may consider your current eating habits, and include cardio, strength, balance, flexibility and core training when and where it makes sense.
Can I schedule appointments at any time of the day?
Mostly yes, it depends on current bookings but we always try to schedule appointments at your convenience.
How long are the sessions?
It depends on your specific goals & need but generally onsite sessions may last either 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Experience tells us that it’s not what we do when we have our session’s catch-up’s, it’s what you do in your own time that’s so important, we also assist and support during these times to ensure you have every opportunity to reach your goals.
