When I started with Graham, I hoped to become more consistent with my training, learn more about food and my focus on food to fuel my body rather than eating spontaneously and improve my body composition (not just lose some weight).

Through your training & and a little tough love I have achieved what I set out to do. I’m now loving what I’m doing training 4-5 times per week and feeling physically better than I have for a long time.

The many niggling ailments I had have also diminished.
