I was feeling tired, sluggish and much older than my years. Graham gave me a plan that included a 30 min workout in the gym followed by a 20 min swim. The workout included a 2-3 minute run around the block, the first day I thought I’d never make it, Grahams support and encouragement kept me going and within the first week I was actually jogging (which I hadn’t done in years) and I couldn’t believe how good I felt.

I kept my diet clean as Graham explained, kept an eye on portion size and dropped a few drinks out of the week. I felt better and better every day and within 3 months had lost 14kg! I had tried many times to lose weight and improve my fitness but found the diets and exercise programs to be very difficult so I could never stick to it. Grahams gentle encouragement and simple approach has been amazing, I feel 10 years younger and full of energy! (I love my new slimmer wardrobe too)

Thank you so much Graham for showing me how easy it is to feel healthier and fitter in such a simple way, I still exercise 30 mins a day and eating clean foods has become a really enjoyable part of my life!


Hi Graham,

I’d like to thank you for convincing me to take up the 6 weeks challenge and the support you provided during our training sessions.  This course and your guidance has definitely been the key reason why my training is back to the level I need it to be.

When starting the challenge I hoped to:

Become more consistent with my training

Learn more about my diet and focus on food to fuel my body rather than simply eat spontaneously, which for me often meant too many sweets

Improve my body composition (not just loose some weight)

 Through your training and a little bit of tough love I have definitely achieved what I set out to do.  I am now training 4-5 sessions per week and feeling physically better than I have for a long time.  The many niggling ailments I had have significantly diminished or gone completely.


I have trained with Graham for approximately six years which has delivered the results I sought and has been a lot of fun. He is a very knowledgeable mentor and coach which at times required much patience.  He doesn’t accept roadblocks or excuses but rather he listens and discusses any issue or impediment to improvement and then works through them.

I have no hesitation in recommending Graham to anybody looking to lose weight or improve general fitness.


Graham has been my personal trainer for 5 months now.

During this time, he has turned me from a couch potato to a runner.  I was not able to run 100 meters without a break, now I can run 10 kilometers without hassle.

With Grahams health advice, revised eating habits, and training help, I have been able to lose a total of 18 kilos.

He has been instrumental for this. As I was not able to motivate myself in the mornings, and being able to meet and train with Graham has kept me going, and kept me strong.
