Rachel had been very fit all her life and enjoyed the positive feelings that fitness and health gave her. Joining RA50 fitness classes gave her the ‘touch base’ she needed to restart her passion for wellness. Jasmine had always been very sporty, playing tennis and walking on a regular basis. She thought herself quite fit but wanted to improve her strength, balance, and general fitness – and she was looking for something less ‘solo’.  The idea of joining a fitness class with others her own age was very appealing.
