Online Classes and Personal Training just for “Over 50’s”
- Classes run each day Tuesday to Friday.
- Tuesday, Thursday & Friday at 9:00am AEST
- And Wednesdays at 3:00 pm AEST.
Online group fitness classes just for us over 50s. They are all about building and keeping strength, flexibility, co-ordination, stability and balance. And an efficient cardio-respiratory system of course.
For us over 50s, being fit and healthy is the key to quality of life. Far from being a time to slow down, if we can stay fit, there’s virtually no limit to the activities we can enjoy. The ‘big 5-0’ that so many dread can actually be the start of a wonderful, active and fulfilling time in our lives.
So come, join in and have some fun!
Monthly subscription for unlimited classes – with our super-value subscription, you can do as many classes as you like, for just $69 per month. That could mean a little less than five dollars per class. There’s no lock-in and you can cancel your subscription at any time (although we don’t think you’ll want to!).
After you’ve made your booking
We will email you back with further important information and to confirm everything. Your purchase selection, dates, and times, what you’ll need to bring to class, health & fitness assessment and your 30-minute consultation with Graham, your postal address for delivery of the RA50 book if applicable, and to arrange payment.
