I love attending Graham’s Go4Life classes – we cover aerobic exercises, balance, co-ordination, weights and so much more.  Graham makes the classes fun and no two weeks are the same – there is plenty of variety and attending regularly keeps us fit and healthy.  It is great to meet up with others with like interests in staying as healthy as possible for as long as we can.  We are encouraged to do what we can and be mindful of our limitations, to try new things if we feel comfortable – there are always variations available should we need them.
