I was feeling tired, sluggish and much older than my years. Graham gave me a plan that included a 30 min workout in the gym followed by a 20 min swim. The workout included a 2-3 minute run around the block, the first day I thought I’d never make it, Graham’s support and encouragement kept me going and within the first week I was actually jogging (which I hadn’t done in years) and I couldn’t believe how good I felt.

I kept my diet clean as Graham explained, kept an eye on portion size and dropped a few drinks out of the week. I felt better and better every day and within 3 months had lost 14kg! I had tried many times to lose weight and improve my fitness but found the diets and exercise programs to be very difficult so I could never stick to it. Graham’s gentle encouragement and simple approach has been amazing, I feel 10 years younger and full of energy! (I love my new slimmer wardrobe too).

Thank you so much Graham for showing me how easy it is to feel healthier and fitter in such a simple way, I still exercise 30 mins a day and eating clean foods has become a really enjoyable part of my life!
