Graham has been my personal trainer for 5 months now.

During this time, he has turned me from a couch potato to a runner. I was not able to run 100 meters without a break, now I can run 10 kilometers without hassle.

With Graham’s health advice, revised eating habits, and training help, I have been able to lose a total of 18 kilos.

He has been instrumental for this. As I was not able to motivate myself in the mornings, being able to meet and train with Graham has kept me going, and kept me strong.

Next month I’m off to climb Mt Kilimanjaro which I would never been able to do without Graham’s help. Thanks Graham!
