I’d like to thank you for convincing me to take up the 6 weeks challenge and the support you provided during our training sessions. This course and your guidance has definitely been the key reason why my training is back to the level I need it to be.
When starting the challenge I hoped to:
Become more consistent with my training.
Learn more about my diet and focus on food to fuel my body rather than simply eat spontaneously, which for me often meant too many sweets.
Improve my body composition (not just lose some weight).
Through your training and a little bit of tough love I have definitely achieved what I set out to do. I am now training 4-5 sessions per week and feeling physically better than I have for a long time. The many niggling ailments I had have significantly diminished or gone completely.
